Sara Vanderbeek’s two-room mural depicts global migration from the beginning of time. Plants, artifacts, tools, and early cave paintings read as events on a timeline of the Homo Sapien species as it migrated across continents from Africa to the Americas. Her mural portrays the early human aesthetic spirit that allowed our species to survive, grow, and ultimately have the greatest impact on our planet.
